Sleep
Sleep is not a luxury - it's the foundation of everything. How you eat, how you think, how you move all starts with your sleep. That is why restorative sleep is a core pillar of my mentoring approach. Together we will identify the real blockers - then gently untangle them.

Nutrition
Food should be simple, supportive, and sustainable. It should fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, hormones and nervous system. I have a simple framework for busy women that helps build a balanced plate, reduce sugar crashes and cravings, and recognizes when food is being used as a stress relief.

Movement
Body movement should energize you. With the right approach you are able to gain mental clarity, emotional relief, and better sleep. My approach focuses on aligning movement with your personal stress level, hormones and lifestyle - without punishing your body.

Mindfulness
Your thoughts effect your energy, sleep, and choices. It effects how you treat yourself. Through my personalized coaching approach I help shift you out of stressful thinking into a calmer more clear thought pattern.
